Rise of Kingdoms and related trademarks are the property of Lilith Games. Zoe is an unofficial fan project and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Lilith Games.

5. Premium Features

Some features of Zoe may require a premium subscription. By purchasing premium access, you agree that:

• Payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Premium benefits apply to the specific Discord server or user ID for which they were purchased.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or benefits with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
